Shanna Mota, Founder

Shanna is a Certified Nutritionist, Holistic Health Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher and a Mind Body Practitioner. She is also a human, just like you, who is doing her best to understand this human experience with an open heart. 

Shanna has worked in the health & wellness industry over 15 years. It was her own personal journey of suffering that lead her down a path of holistic wellness where she has studied the depths of the mind, the body, and the heart. On her journey, she discovered that these three components: mental health, physical health and emotional health are all required to live a a healthy and vibrant life. 

Along the way, Shanna learned that you can eat all the “right” foods or work out regularly at the gym, but if your mind is unhealthy, thinking negative thoughts, stuck in toxic thought patterns, or you are constantly in a state of stress, that it can be as detrimental to your health and cause just as much inflammation in your body as eating all the wrong foods or engaging regularly in unhealthy behaviors. 

Shanna believes that our bodies are a temple and should be treated as such. And that it is our responsibility to nourish our bodies and fuel our brains with nutrient dense foods, to move our bodies daily and to have mindfulness practices to calm our minds and our nervous system. No one is going to do the work for you.

Shanna also believes that true wealth in this lifetime is being in good health. You can have all the money in the world, but if you are not healthy on the inside, you will never be able to fully experience and enjoy the material wealth or relationships you have created on the outside. 

Shanna’s content, programs, and experiences are shaped by knowledge she gained from her studies and lessons from her personal journey and she is committed to leaving everyone she comes in contact with happier and healthier than when she found them.
